Another Todd Fahnestock stunner in the Eldros Legacy
No getting away from it, Todd writes some wonderful stuff and this book is no different. Slayter the Mage, Kyvhen the Unkillable, Rhenn, Lorelle, Vohn, a giant Raven, loads of vicious animals created solely to kill anyone who wandered into their part of the Noktum, a mad Necromancer bringing dead Giants back to life, a living giant or two including one who has been trapped inside a statue for two thousand years unable to do anything but watch, and now an insane dragon all feature in this gripping work of fantasy.
This book keeps you gripped from start to finish, except… obviously there is more to follow! Get this book, read it, if you like fantasy I guarantee you will love this book.
Whilst the book can stand on its own, you would be well advised to read the other books first if you can for background on the characters and the storyline so far.
I also strongly recommend you investigate the Eldros Legacy and the authors involved in creating this astounding fantasy world with its separate continents all moving towards a grand finale at some point in the future. I have read all the books so far by all the authors, unless some new ones have come out that I missed, and there isn’t a bad one amongst them. All five star stuff, and I am definitely giving this one five stars too!

I really enjoyed the forth book in the Legacy of Shadows. Everything ties in with the first three tales and expands on them focusing on the mage Slater. All of your friends are here and they are involved in great situations and action. Todd did hint that this is a cliff hanger ending, but it feels more like the cliff gave away under your feet!!! I cannot wait till the next installment in this series. While you wait, try out some of Mr. Fahnestocks other great stories! You can thank me later!

A harrowing story with an engaging narrative, bringing you into a world within the mind of a brilliant madman! Slayter is so intelligent he is stupid to what’s around him. Love how Khyven reminds him of “mundane” things like staying alive, lol.
